Renovating distressed homes & rental properties in Connecticut
A SECOND CHANCE
FOR TIRED HOMES
OUR WORK
Five Eight Holdings invests in and renovates properties in Connecticut, spanning Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex and Litchfield counties. We update their aesthetic, fill them with desirable amenities and make them affordable for new owners and renters.
We also purchase properties, including multi-family homes and rentals, from those looking to get out from under ownership. A change in finances or life situation can mean the difference between a home and a burden.
OUR PROCESS
We work with reputable, dynamic expert home contractors and agents on renovation projects. Most are completed and ready for showings within 90 days.
OUR MISSION
Reviving properties to foster pride of ownership and build community. Every prospective buyer should feel they can attain their dream home, and every owner should feel confident in the home they have, even on a conservative budget.
VISION
A solid start for new owners and renters. Our properties are updated with new mechanicals, have good roofing and windows, and showcase desirable kitchens, master bedrooms and bathrooms. Compared to many homes on the market, Five Eight properties are move-in ready. We create a dream home scenario for a family or an individual to be able to move in and feel right at home, right away, with room to bring their personal style.
